In 2024, a central college research board was formed in compliance with Dunster Business School’s procedural guidelines.
The Research Board’s objective
The responsibility of the Research Board is to address strategic research concerns that are college-wide and for which a faculty judgment would not be appropriate. In particular, the Board is in charge of encouraging and assisting the college’s interdisciplinary research. Research strategy decisions are made by the Vice-Chancellor or the College Board, which are handled by the Board.
In general, the Research Board serves as an advising and preparation body, although the Vice-Chancellor may give the Board the power to make decisions on particular matters.
The rules of procedure specify the structure and membership of the Research Board.
