Policies & Procedures

Student Admission and Completion Process

This detailed process outlines the requirements and benefits for students from pre-admission to post-course completion stages:

 

Before Admission:

1. Submit Required Forms:

Nomination Form / Scholarship Form / Application Form

2. Receive Provisional Admission Letter:

Upon approval of the application, a provisional admission letter will be issued to the student.

 

After Admission:

1. Daily Registration Email Notifications:

Students will receive regular updates to ensure they complete the Registration Form for courses.

2. Receive Admission Letter:

Includes:

-> Helpline Number for student support.

-> Details on processes like certificate issuance, class attendance policies, etc.

-> Login ID and Password for the student portal.

– >Student ID Card.

3. Certificate of Membership:

 Granted upon completion of the registration process.

4. Student Handbook:

A digital copy of policies and procedures will be emailed.

 

Before Final Degree, After Course Completion:

1. Receive Statement of Marks:

Official document detailing academic performance.

2. Award of Excellence (if applicable):

Recognizes outstanding academic or extracurricular achievements.

3. Provisional Completion Letter: for student support.

Issued as a confirmation of completing the course requirements.

 

Before Certification/Degree Issuance:

1. Complete Fee Payment:

Ensure ZERO pending balance for certification fees.

2. Meet Attendance and Credit Requirements:

Minimum 75% attendance and teaching hours completed.

3. Exam Results Compliance:

Achieve a minimum passing score of 50%.

 

After Degree Issuance:

1. Distinguished Alumni Page Visibility:

Select alumni will be featured on the Distinguished Alumni Page, showcasing their achievements and contributions.

 

Suspension & Dismissal

Students are eligible to apply for readmission at least once and, if allowed to return, will be on academic probation. If, at any time after a single suspension, the student has grades below the minimum required (4.0), the student will be dismissed from the organization and may not return. 

Any request for failure to maintain satisfactory progress must be made in writing to the President within 15 days of notice of termination. The student will be notified in the decision letter. The maximum time allowed for a student to complete their program is 1.5 times the duration of the programme. A student who does not meet these standards will be dismissed for unsatisfactory progress.

 

Appeals Process

Any request for the actions described above must be made in writing to the President who will consider the appeal. The President will have the final authority in the matter to decide whether to accept the student’s appeal within five days. The student must demonstrate satisfactory progress.
